摘要
分子标记技术是研究植物遗传的一种重要手段,特别是在林木遗传育种的研究过程中,分子标记技术能够有效缩短育种周期,提高育种效益。本文从遗传结构及多样性、遗传连锁图谱构建、数量性状位点定位、分子标记辅助育种几个方面综述了该技术在林木遗传育种领域的研究现状,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Molecular marker is one of important means in the study of plant genetic.Molecular markers can effectively shorten the breeding period and improve breeding efficiency, which also facilitated the research on forest tree genetics and breeding. The genetic structure and diversity ,construcdon of genetic map , and quantitative trait loci mapping and molecular marker assisted selection were summarized in the paper,and the prospects for its development trend.
