摘要
为探讨秋色叶树种秋冬转色期叶色变化的特性,于2012年10,11月份叶片转色期,对银杏叶片中的色素含量及叶色参数进行测定与分析。结果表明:在秋季叶色变化过程中,叶绿素a含量下降不显著,叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量下降明显;类胡萝卜素和花色素苷含量略有上升,但变化趋势较平缓;花色素苷含量则显著上升。在秋季叶色变化过程中,银杏叶色变黄与叶绿素总量呈极显著负相关,与类胡萝卜素和花色素苷绝对含量的变化关系不大,花色素苷含量和叶色变黄之间存在极显著正相关性,充分说明了花色素苷含量与叶绿素含量间的相互作用是秋季银杏叶色变黄的物质基础。
The changes of the chlorophyll content ,carotenoid content ,anthocyanin content and leaf color parameter of leaves in Ginkgo biloba were measured continuously by using spec‐trometer from October to November 2012 ,in order to explore the relationship between leaf‐colored parameter and pigment content of plant leaf .The results indicated that :(1) The chlo‐rophyll b and the chlorophyll content of Ginkgo biloba decreased significantly from October to November in a whole ,but the chlorophyll changed smoothly ;the flavonoid and carotenoid content kept relatively stable during different time and the anthocyanin content climbed up steeply .(2) The yellowing of leaves was significantly and negatively correlated with the chlo‐rophyll content and extremely significantly and positively correlated with the anthocyanin con‐tent .There was no significant correlation between the yellowing of leaves and the flavonoid , as well as the carotenoid .The interaction between anthocyanin and chlorophyll content was the material basis of yellow leaves in color‐changing period .
