河北省耕地土壤水资源承载力评价体系与阈值研究

Study on the evaluation index system and threshold of soil water resource carrying capacity of cultivated land in Hebei province

对耕地土壤水资源承载力的概念、内涵进行了研究,并在此基础上建立了河北省耕地土壤水资源承载力综合评价指标体系。通过收集相关政策、相关规范、参考发达国家或国内发达地区的发展水平、对统计数据进行回归分析及专家调查等5种方法,确定了各评价指标的阈值。

The conception ,connotation and the affecting factors on soil water resource carrying capacity of cultivated land w ere studied in this paper ,and on this basis ,the evaluation index system of soil water resources carrying capacity of cultivated land in Hebei Province was set up .By the methods of collection of relevant policies ,the relevant specification ,the reference of developed countries or developed areas in China ,regression analysis of statistical yearbook data ,and expert investigation ,the thresholds of each index are determined .
