The socialist public ownership is a special historical form of public owner-ship.People are still trying to know more and deeper about public ownership.Meanwhile,what people have known about it is being confronted with challenges,it is supposed to form fresh understanding about the implications and substance of public ownership that is a kind of associating means, by which society members can live better in the environment of competition. Its content includes both the degree and extent of transfering to public ownership.
