摘要
采用醇水共沉淀法批量制备Yb:YAG粉体,对其母液和相应粉体进行ICP和EDS分析,发现有Al流失和沉淀不均匀现象,导致粉体物相不纯,实验采用Al过量来改善这种现象,发现Al过量的粉体相均为纯相,但随着过量比例的增加,粉体的晶粒尺寸变小,颗粒尺寸呈现先变小后变大的现象,说明过量的Al形成的Al2O3作为第二相起到了晶粒长大抑制剂的作用,同时Al2O3存在也一定程度提高粉体的烧结活性.
The experiments show that there exists AI redissolving and inhomogeneity of precipitation asexpanding the amount of YAG powder synthesis in alcohol - water co-precipitation method. Differentproportions of excessive aluminum have been studied to solve the problem and the influence on the phasecomposition, particle size and morphologies of resultant powders. The result shows that every excessivesample turns out to be pure YAG phase while there are impure phases in ordinary samples. It is foundthat A12O3 formed by the addition of excess A1 inhibit the grain growth of the powders, the particle sizeshow a tend of lessening first, then largening. It is found that A12O3 formed by the addition of excess Alinhibit the grain growth of the powders, A12O3 also improves to a certain extent the powder sintering ac-tivity appropriately.
