摘要 采用陶瓷膜过滤丙烯酸丁酯废水过程中,膜污染会导致膜通量下降。对陶瓷膜污染层特性进行了表征,对清洗方法进行了研究,并对膜的反复清洗效果进行了跟踪。结果表明:陶瓷膜过滤丙烯酸丁酯废水的主要膜污染物质为废水中的悬浮及胶态有机物。采用次氯酸钠清洗可使膜通量有效恢复,在反复过滤和清洗操作后能保持91%以上的通量恢复系数。 During the filtration of butyl-acrylate wastewater with ceramic membrane, membrane flux decreased because of fouling problem. The fouling layer was characterized, cleaning method was in- vestigated, and the effect of repeated cleaning was monitored. It was indicated that the pollutants causing membrane fouling were mainly suspended or colloidal organics. Membrane flux could be recovered effectively by cleaning with sodium hypochlorite. The flux recovering coefficient was above 91% after repeated operation of filtration and cleaning.
