摘要
针对发酵沼液氨氮、有机物浓度高的特点,以北京某养鸡场的鸡粪发酵沼液为研究对象,采用MAP/MBR/Fenton组合工艺对其进行处理。结果表明:当进水COD、NH,-N、TP浓度分别为(2465—2650)、(2800~3356)、(87.7~107.1)mg/L左右时,组合工艺对发酵沼液中COD、NH3-N、TP的去除率分别为99.71%、98.22%、99.06%,处理效果稳定,出水水质达到天津市《污水综合排放标准》(DB12/356--2008)的二级标准。
Due to high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen and organic matter in fermented biogas slurry, a combined process of MAP, MBR and Fenton was adopted to treat the fermented biogas slurry of chicken manure from a chicken farm in Beijing. The results showed that when the concentrations of COD, NH3 - N and TP in the influent were 2 465 to 2 650 mg/L, 2 800 to 3 356 mg/L and 87.7 to 107.1 mg/ L respectively, their corresponding average removal rates were 99.71%, 98.22% and 99.06% respec- tively. The combined process of MAP, MBR and Fenton is effective and stable in treatment of fermented biogas slurry of chicken manure. The effluent quality could meet the second level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( DB 12/356 - 2008 ) of Tianjin City.
