摘要 结合上海220 k V电网统一潮流控制器(unified power flow controller,UPFC)示范工程,针对UPFC控制系统闭环测试,提出了UPFC装置多时间尺度混合的实时数字仿真试验方法,并在RTDS实验平台上进行了UPFC装置ns级开关暂态、ms级电磁暂态混合实时仿真。RTDS试验结果表明该UPFC装置具备良好的无功稳定输出能力,母线电压控制能力,并能独立控制线路有功和无功潮流,其阶跃响应时间小于30 ms。从而表明该UPFC控制系统具有良好的稳态控制及动态响应特性,验证了控制系统功能和性能的有效性。 Based on the demonstration project of Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) for Shanghai 220 kV power grid, this paper presents the system architecture, control strategy of a MMC-based UPFC system. On this foundation, a method of multi-scale temporal hybrid real-time digital simulation for UPFC system is proposed, and the experiment of real-time hybrid simulation of UPFC device combining nanosecond-level switch transient state and microsecond-level electromagnetic transient state was conducted on the Real-Time Digital Simulation (RTDS) platform. Experimental results showed that the proposed MMC-based UPFC system is capable of outputting stable reactive power, controlling the bus voltage, and controlling the active and reactive power flow of the power grid independently, with a step response time less than 30 ms. Thus, based on the simulation results, the UPFC system is proved to have excellent capabilities in both steady state control and dynamic response characteristics, evidencing that the control strategy proposed is reasonable and effective.
