摘要
针对柔性装配线缓冲区设计问题,采用数学方法与仿真方法相结合,设计出合理的缓冲区。利用e M-Plant软件进行仿真,找出柔性装配线的瓶颈工位位置;再利用装配线可用度与缓冲区容量之间的关系;设置满足要求的最小缓冲区容量;通过e M-Plant软件仿真,验证缓冲区设计的合理性。
Aiming at the flexible assembly line buffer design problem, this paper uses mathematical method with simulation method to design reasonable buffer, that eM-Plant simulation software is used to find out the bottleneck station position of the flexible assembly line and based on the relationship between the availability of assembly line and buffer capacity, to set the minimum buffer capacity meeting requirements, then software simulation eM-Plant is used to verify the rationality of buffers.
