摘要
采用瞬态动力学分析方法研究了某火箭发射系统闭锁机构的工作全过程,建立了合理有效的模拟闭锁力解决方案。揭示了定向钮、定位环和闭锁体等零部件的受力、变形及动态响应情况。研究表明,闭锁机构与火箭弹之间的载荷具有明显的瞬态特性,定向钮与定位环上载荷的变化频率达2 k Hz,该载荷对发射系统振动和火箭弹扰动产生严重影响。
Locking mechanism, which provides locking force at the initial stage of the launch, ensures rocket bombs for consistent offtrack velocity in the continuous firing. Based on the transient dynamic analysis method, this paper studies the locking mechanism of a certain rocket launch system and gives out a reasonable and effective solution plan. The calculation results show the stress, deformation and dynamic response of some components, including the directional button, retaining ring and locking device. The re- search result shows that the load between the locking mechanism and rocket bomb is characteristic of obvious transient. The load frequency of directional button and retaining ring can reach as much as 2 kHz and it can seriously have influence on the rocket launch device and rocket initial disturbance.
