机械设备大修信息管理系统研究

Research on Management System of Overhaul Information for Mechanical Equipment

根据机械装备大修管理的要求,研究设计了大修信息管理系统总体结构和数据流程;把系统划分为十个主要模块,即维修资源管理模块、信息分类管理模块、资料标准管理模块、任务计划拟定模块、技术文件查询模块等;分别设计各模块的功能结构和数据流程;并完成了系统的开发。工作表明,研究开发大修信息管理系统对于专业修理厂实施专业化修理是十分必要的。

According to the mechanical equipment management overhaul requirements, this paper studies and designs the overhaul information management system and the overall process data and divides the system into 10 major modules： the maintenance re- source management module, classification information management module, standard data management module, module for drawing up task plan, technical documents query module, and so on. It also designs the functional structure and data flow of the each module and completes the system development. This shows that researching on and developing the overhaul management system is very necessay for professional repair shop.
