摘要
介绍了一种基于模糊控制的气化炉温度控制系统的设计方法。采用灰色算法建立气化炉温度预测模型,引入模糊控制算法对气化炉一次风量进行控制,降低可燃气体含氧量,使气化炉内的温度按照设定的最佳控制曲线而变化,从而提高了气化炉内温度的控制精度,提高了工作效率。
This text introduces a design method of temperature control system for Gasifier based on fuzzy control. The gray prediction algorithm is used to establish the predictive model of its temperature. The variable universal fuzzy control algorithm is used in the oxy- gen content sub-control system. The gasifying air is controlled according to the optimal control curve to stabilize the temperature of the gasifier, and reduce the oxygen content of the combustible gases. Thus, improving the control precision of the temperature and working efficiency greatly.
