On the Construction of the Education Quality Management System under the Guidance of the Total Quality Management in Vocational Colleges

对高职院校如何在全面质量管理思想指导下构建教育教学质量管理体系进行了研究,分析了高职院校构建教育教学质量体系的必要性,界定了高职院校构建教育教学质量体系的相关概念,构建了包括教育教学质量的管理职责、资源管理、教育教学过程、教育教学质量的测量、分析和改进四个过程的教学质量管理体系。

This paper explored how to construct the education quality management system under the guidance of the total quality management theory, analyzed the necessity of establishing the education quality system, de- fined the related concepts of construction of the education quality management in vocational colleges, and con-structed the four-process teaching quality management system, including the management responsibility, re- source management, education and teaching process, teaching quality measurement, analysis and improvement.
