随着我国高等教育的改革,高校档案管理工作也在进一步革新。从科学的角度去研究高校档案管理中产生的一系列问题,以此来明确高校档案管理工作的发展目标和发展方向。文章从我国高校档案管理的特点出发,论述高校档案管理存在的问题及紧迫性,并提出了我国高校档案管理工作的主要对策。

With the reform of higher education in our country, Further innovation appear in the work of the archives management. The development goal and direction of university archives should be further defined based on a scientific standpoint. This article discusses the existing questions and their urgency and put forward main countermeasures about the archives management from the characteristics of archives management of colleges and universities in China
