1例原发性皮肤CD8阳性侵袭性嗜表性细胞毒T细胞淋巴瘤的护理

The Nursing Care of Primary Cutaneous Aggressive Epidermotropie CD8-positive Cytotomc T-cell lymphoma

回顾分析1例原发性皮肤CD8阳性侵袭性嗜表性细胞毒T细胞淋巴瘤患者的资料,总结其护理方法。本例患者疾病类型罕见,表现为多发的进展性溃疡,类似坏疽性脓皮病,给临床护理工作带来了许多挑战,根据患者的病情特点,重点做好皮肤护理,化疗护理及心理护理等,经过一个月的治疗护理,患者症状缓解出院。

Retrospective analysis and summarize the experience in nursing the patients undergoing primary cutaneous invasive form of cytotomc CD8-positive T-cell Lymphoma which is rare disease. The types of the patients manifested as multiple ulcers, resemble pyoderma gangrenosum,which brought many challenges to clinical nursing.Focus on skin care ,chemotherapy treatments and mental care, according to the characteristics of the patient. After a month of treatment, the symptoms of the patients were alleviated.
