塔里木油田是国内率先引入甲乙方合同化市场机制开发建设的陆上油田,其工程技术服务业务面向国内市场开放,旨在通过开放与竞争,加速我国石油工程技术服务板块的技术进步,快速追赶国际先进水平。从近20年发展现状看,录井行业虽取得了一定的进步,但总体上相对钻井发展比较缓慢。针对塔里木油田录井管理及技术现状,分析了目前制约塔里木录井工程服务发展的相关问题,阐述了录井技术发展现状和塔里木油田市场对录井发展的需求,阐述了录井技术与勘探效益的制约关系。

Tarim Oilfield is the first onshore oilfield that was developed and built by introducing party A and party B contract market mechanism,its engineering and technical services open for the domestic market,and its aim is through opening and competition to accelerate the technological progress for China petroleum engineering and technical services and rapidly catch up with international advanced level.Looking from the development status of the past 20 years,although mud logging has made some progress,but the overall development is slow as compared with drilling.For the management and technical status of Tarim Oilfield mud logging,the authors analyzed the current related issues that constrain the development of Tarim mud logging engineering services,laid special stress on analyzing the development status of domestic mud logging technology and Tarim Oilfield market demand for mud logging development,and expounded the restricted relation between mud logging technology and exploration benefit.
