摘要
干部是党的事业的骨干,中国共产党历来高度重视选贤任能,始终把选人用人作为关系党和人民事业的关键性、根本性问题来抓。建设一支高素质的党员干部队伍是实现党的十八大各项目标的关键。以信念坚定、为民服务、勤政务实、敢于担当、清正廉洁的标准识人;完善工作机制,按党的章程和有关法律法规合理用人;以自主学习和组织培养育人是习近平领导下建设高素质干部队伍新思路的重要内容。
Party cadres are the backbone of the Party＇s cause. Chinese Communist Party has always paid high attention to selecting and appointing talented persons and regarded talents choosing and employment as crucial and fundamental problems for the causes of our Party and people. Building a high-quality cadre group is the key to reach the various goals set by the 18th CPC National Congress. Chairman Xi Jinping＇s view of the cadre group construction contains three aspects： using standards such as firm faith, awareness to serve people, diligent and pragmatic quality, willing to fulfill one＇s responsibilities and non-corruption to choose cadres; improving and perfecting relevant working mechanism to use talents reasonably according to the party＇s constitution and relevant laws and regulations; educating cadres combining independent study and party organization＇s cultivation.
