摘要
民办高校已经成为我国教育体系的一个重要的组成部分,民办高校教师的心理健康同样不可忽视。从社会、民办高校以及民办高校教师三方面分析了民办高校教师心理健康问题的成因,进而提出相应的解决对策,如社会应提高对民办高校教师的职业认同感,民办高校应关注教师的心理健康,建立合理稳定的用人机制以及有效的、人性化的考核激励机制等。
Since private colleges have become an important part in China's educational system, we should pay much attention to private college teachers' mental heath. This paper analyzes the cause for private college teachers' mental problems from the aspects of the society, private colleges and private college teachers, and then proposes some countermeasures, for example, the society should have more recognition on private college teachers' work, private colleges should care about their teachers' mental health and establish reasonable and stable employment mechanism as well as effective and humane examination, assessment and motivation mechanism, etc.
