摘要
针对某煤化工园区醋酸装置的CO产能瓶颈,对采用乙炔装置电石炉尾气净化和甲醇装置气化炉扩产两种改造方案进行了比选,通过对改造方案差异、主要消耗指标、投资及运行成本、实施进度、技术经济等多角度的对比分析,提出了投资相对低廉、成本相对节省的改造方案,从而得出甲醇装置气化炉扩产生产CO气体的优选方案。
To solve the CO capacity bottleneck of a certain coal chemical acetic acid project, compairing two modification plans, including purification of calcium carbide furnace tail gas and capacity expansion of GE-gasifier, are introduced and analyzed in detail in this paper. The process designing, major consumption levels, investment and operation costs, implementation schedules and technical economy are calculated and compared respectively. The results demonstrated that the capacity expansion of GE-gasifier is the optimal plan with distinct advantages for increasing CO capacity.
