摘要
结合实际工作,对原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中砷含量的测量不确定度进行了评定,建立了数学模型,分析了测量过程的测量不确定度来源以及样品测量过程中的样品称量、稀释定容、曲线拟合以及仪器测量重复性等影响不确定的分量,最终计算出砷的扩展不确定度,为系统分析检测结果的准确度和方法的可靠性研究提供参考。
This paper evaluated the measurement uncertainties of arsenic content in the soil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with the actual work,established a mathematical model,then analyzed the sources of measurement uncertainties in the measurement process and the uncertain components (sample weighing, dilution constant volume, curve fitting and instrument measurement repeatability etc)during the measurement.Finally, the expanded uncertainty of arsenic was calculated,which provided a reference for the reliability of systematically analyzing the accuracy and reliability of test results with research methods.
