摘要 食品微生物学课程具有较强的理论性、工具性和实践性,是食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全等食品相关专业的重要专业基础课之一。该文从教学方法、手段等方面介绍对食品微生物学课程进行的改革,以期改进教学效果。教学实践表明,食品微生物学的教学改革能够较好地提高食品专业学生学习的积极性,培养严谨的科学思维,为进一步科研工作的顺利进行奠定基础,在实践中取得了良好的教学效果。 Food microbiology is the professional basic cou^e of the major of food science and englneering, food quality and safety ,which involves complex theories and practice. In order to improve the teaching quality, the teaching reform was introduced in this paper from the aspects of teaching methods ,teaching tool.Students' active participations were enhanced and students' innovation abilities were fostered through the reform ,and their scientific thinking were cultivated to lay the foundation for the further research work.
