商洛市土地利用结构与经济发展关系的研究

Research on Relation Between Land Utilization and Economic Development in Shangluo City

土地是人类社会发展的基础,土地利用的根本目的是为了满足人类社会经济发展的需要。因此,土地利用与社会经济发展之间有着密切关系。本文以商洛市2006—2010年土地利用结构、数量变化以及主要社会经济指标的发展变化数据为基础,利用数理统计和相关分析,对土地利用和经济发展的关系进行分析。结果表明:土地的利用变化对经济发展有促进作用,主要经济指标中固定资产投资呈指数增长,GDP、工农业产值、城市居民可支配收入、农村居民纯收入等呈二次多项式增长;土地利用与经济发展密切相关,居民及独立工矿用地、交通用地、水利用地与经济指标显著极明显,由此,对商洛市土地利用走向合理化发展提出相应建议。

Land is the basis of development of human society, the fundamental purpose of land utilization is to meet the needs of human social and economic development.Therefore,it has a close relationship between land utilization and socio-economic development.In this paper,based on the land utilization structure and quantity changes,and the main socio-economic indicators data of Shangluo City from 2006 to 2010,using mathematical statistics,correlation analysis,the relationship between land use and economic development were analyzed.The results showed that land utilization change could promote economic growth.Among main economic indicators,fixed asset investment showed exponential growth,GDP,industrial and agricultural output value,urban residents＇ disposable income,net income of rural residents was a quadratic polynomial growth.Land use is closely related to economic development, residents and mining land, traffic land, water conservancy land and economic indicators significantly very obvious. Thus. It made the anoroDriate recommendations for Shane_,luo land utilization to rationalize develooment.
