职业教育科研评价问题与对策探究

Scientific Research Evaluation of Vocational Education——Problems and Countermeasures

合理的科研评价是激发教师科研积极性的重要手段,也是推动高职院校科研管理创新的中心环节。目前,职业教育科研评价存在着科研评价错位、科研运行机制缺失、科研评价体系与评价指标不完善等问题。因此,探索、创新职业教育科研评价模式,坚持正确导向,创新评价制度,合理设置指标体系等是值得研究的现实课题。

A reasonable evaluation of scientific research can not only inspire teachers with enthusiasm to do research, but also promote managerial innovations of research work at vocational colleges. However, many problems still exist in terms of the evaluation system, such as evaluation dislocation, absence of relevant operating mechanism, incomplete system and faulty assessment index. Therefore, it is significant to study how to innovate the evaluation system and modes while adhering to correct orientation and how to set up a reasonable index system in this respect.
