随着近几年互联网和信息教育技术在我国的快速发展,基于信息化教育技术的翻转课堂开始成为新一轮教学改革的风向标。实训课程是高职酒店专业教学计划中的重要组成部分。如何利用翻转课堂为实训课程的教学质量服务,促进现代信息教育技术和教学的紧密结合,是本文主要研究的内容。

The application of flipped classroom in training courses can inspire students＇ enthusiasm to increase teaching efficiency, which is a good way to improve the teaching quality of training courses. So vocational colleges should take some measures to promote the organic combination of the flipped classroom with the training courses, and the measures includes the following ones： improving the simulation training rooms, inspiring students＇ learning autonomy, strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, and speeding up the construction of digital campus.
