摘要
本文分析了石油钻机绞车提升高度的控制算法,并设计了一种基于S7-300PLC的石油钻机绞车提升高度的控制系统,在司钻台上得到了广泛应用。实际应用中,该系统测量的绞车提升高度准确可靠,为钻机绞车的其他动作和保护提供了可靠的高度依据。
This paper analyzes the oil rig winch lifting height control algorithm and designs a lifting height control system of oil rig, it is based on S7-300 PLC. It has been widely used at the driller's platform. The system measures the winch lifting height is accurate and reliable, and other actions to protect the rig winch provides a highly reliable basis in practical application.
