摘要
系统上位机采用Kingview6.55设计人机界面,下位机选用S7-200PLC完成控制功能,可对区域内的CO浓度和温度等模拟量进行检测、显示,并根据检测结果控制风机的运行。主要介绍采用STEP7功能块Scale_I_to_R实现模拟量的线性化处理以及利用Kingview6.55设计监控系统的方法 ,实现公路隧道通风系统运行过程的自动监控,为通风系统的简易控制、健康节能以及安全运行提供了一条新途径。
The system upper computer uses Kingview6.55 to design the Human Machine Interaction, lower computer uses S7-200 to complete the control functions,CO concentration and temperature in the area can be detected and displayed, the system can control the operation of fan blower according to the results. This paper introduces the method by using Function Block Scale I to R of STEP7 in detail to realize the analog linearization and using Kingview6.55 to design monitoring system. This system can realize automatic monitoring of highway tunnel ventilation system running process and provide a new approach to simple control,energy-saving healthy and safe operation for ventilation system.
