摘要 文章简述了水电站水轮机虚拟检修培训系统的重要意义,基于Unity3D仿真引擎,运用Solid Works以及3DMAX搭建水轮机仿真模型。结合水电站员工培训实际要求和水轮机检修规程,采用Java Script语言对培训系统交互界面、场景交互技术进行研究,开发了由水轮机基本信息、结构特点、工作原理和水轮机检修四个模块组成的培训系统。实践证明,本系统具备良好的三维展示和交互功能,对水电站员工培训起到极大地促进作用。 The paper describes the significance of turbine virtual maintenance training system and builds a simulation model of hydraulic turbine by Solidworks and 3DMAX at the basis of Unity3D. According to the actual requirements of stuff training in hydropower station and turbine overhaul procedures,uses JavaScript to make a research of training system intert^ace and interactive technology, develops a training system including the basic turbine information,structure characteristics,working principle and turbine maintenance subject. Practice proves that the system has good 3D display and interactive function and a big positive role on training stuffs in hydropower station.
