摘要
针对目前陕西省传统的小型冷库控制系统自动化程度较低、测量方式落后等情况,介绍了一种以C8051F340单片机为控制核心,由温湿度传感器电路、显示电路、键盘电路、报警电路等构成的冷库温湿度控制系统,包括其工作原理及软硬件设计方法 ,最后调试装配了样机,并对样机进行了实地测试,测试结果表明,该控制系统具有工作可靠、测量精度高、实时性强等特点,能够满足冷库温湿度控制系统的需要。
In view of the present small cold storage in Shaanxi Province, the traditional control system with lower automation, lag behind measurement methods, this paper introduces a method by using C8051F340 single chip microcomputer as control core, constitutes by the temperature and humidity sensor circuit, display circuit, keyboard circuit, alarm temperature and humidity control system circuits, including its working principle and design methods of software and hardware. At last, the prototype is assembled debugged and field tested. Test results show that, the control system has the characteristics of reliable operation, high measuring precision, real-time, and can meet the need of the temperature and humidity control system.
