Guided by the Party's new viewpoints and principles put forward at the 15th Conference, this article aims at showing, through an analysis of the significant move in Guangzhou Railway Company,the posibility and the necessity to realise public ownership as well as its management.It also shows that economy of nonpublic ownership is indeed an in dispensable part of the socialist marketing economy .Public and non-public ownership cooper ate to achieve their common goal.So long as the runners of every kind of economy abides by economic principles,they are sure to promote the modernizations.
