摘要
用CAESAR II软件对600 MW级火电机组送粉管道进行应力计算,分析接口热位移、管道膨胀趋势及管系受力分布等,合理设置支吊架,优化管道布置。
Based on the arrangement of pulverized coal piping in a 600 MW thermal power unit,stress is calculated by CAESAR Ⅱ software,and interface hot displacement,pipe expansion trend and stress distribution of piping system are anlyzed. The reasonable supports and hangers are designed,and the pulverized coal piping arrangement is further optimized.
