摘要 针对综放开采过程中煤层易自然发火问题,提出采用错层位巷道布置采全厚开采方案。该方案可达到完全控制采空区漏风,提高煤炭回采率,消除易自燃浮煤,从根源上解决煤自然发火问题的目的。根据影响煤炭自燃危险性的因素,建立层次结构模型及相关因素的各层次判断矩阵,并应用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法进行分析,结果表明,采用新型巷道布置体系能够有效防止煤层自然发火事故的发生。 To counter to the problem of the coal seams liable to spontaneous combustion in the process of full mechanized top-coal caving mining, a scheme of full-seam mining with staggered arrangement roadway layout was proposed. This scheme achieved the purposes of completely controlling the gob air leakage, improving the recovery rate of coal, eliminating float coal liable to spontaneous combustion and fundamentally solving the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal. In addition, the hierarchical structure model and correlation factor ' s judgment matrix were established according to the influence factors of spontaneous combustion risk, and analysis was made with the qualitative and quantitative analytic hierarchy process. The analysis results showed that adopting this new-type roadway layout system could effectively prevent the occurrence of spontaneous combustion accidents.
