摘要
本文结合国家电网输电线路防灾技术实验室的1000kV交直流环氧树脂胶浸纸绝缘穿墙套管的结构特点,提出现场吊装工艺,详细介绍现场配重、起吊、重心调整、就位后套管旋转对孔等主要过程,并分析吊装过程中存在的问题及解决方法。
Based on structural characteristics of 1 000 kV AC /DC epoxy resin impregnated paper insulation wall bushing,this paper puts forward its site hoisting process,introduces the main process in detail,such as the site additional weight,lifting,shifting the central gravity,casing rotation in place,and analyzes the existing problems and solutions in the process of hoisting.
