摘要 针对某电厂330 MW对冲燃烧锅炉投产后炉膛出口氮氧化物浓度偏高的问题,对现场试验数据与设计值进行对比分析,结果表明:蒸汽温度偏低导致的燃尽风无法投入,一次风率偏高,主燃烧区域富氧燃烧是导致炉膛出口氮氧化物浓度偏高的主要原因。通过采取提高火焰中心,改善蒸汽参数,调整燃尽风等一系列措施,炉膛出口氮氧化物排放浓度得到降低。 The hedge fired boilers in a certain 330 MW power plant appeared to high concentration of nitrogen oxides after commissioning. Through the analysis of the test data and design values,the results show that the OFA( over fire air) cannot be put into,and low steam temperature,high primary air ratio and oxygen-enriched combustion in primary combustion zone is the main cause of the high concentration of nitrogen oxides on furnace outlet. By taking a series measurement of increasing the flame center,improving steam parameters and adjusting the OFA,furnace outlet nitrogen oxides emission concentration was reduced.
