摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定三七接骨丸中芍药苷的含量.方法采用Kromasil100-AC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),柱温30℃,检测波长230nm.结果芍药苷进样量在0.1182~1.1820μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.12%,RSD为0.66%.结论该方法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确,可用于三七接骨丸中芍药苷的含量测定.
Objective To establish a RP- HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Sanqi Jiegu Pills. Methods The method was performed on a Kromasil 100- A C18( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile- 0. 1% phosphoric acid( 12 ∶ 88). The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the absorption area and the concentration in the range of 0. 118 2 ~ 1. 182 0 μg for paeoniflorin. The average recovery of standard addition were 99. 12%,RSD = 0. 66%( n = 6). Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Sanqi Jiegu Pills.
