临床药师参与1例肺鳞癌伴大咯血的药学实践

Pharmacy practice of clinical pharmacists participating in one case of squamous cell lung carcinoma combining massive hemoptysis

1例老年男性患者,因肺鳞癌出现大咯血入院。入院后给予垂体后叶素、血凝酶、氨溴索等药物治疗,并给予肺动脉栓塞术治疗,成功控制大咯血。临床药师在应用垂体后叶素止血治疗期间,进行了用药监护,协助医师根据患者病情调整用药剂量,使得咯血能够尽早控制,防止严重不良反应的发生。

One case of elderly male patient who was admitted to hospital with squamous cell lung carcinoma combining massive hemoptysis. After admission,pituitrin,hemocoagulase,Ambroxol were given for treatment. Finally,hemoptysis was successfully controlled. In the whole treatment,clinical pharmacist provided pharmaceutical care,involved in dosage adjusting and medicine choosing. Meanwhile,clinical pharmacist made a contribution to prevent serious adverse reactions.
