摘要 基于湖南电网负荷水平和调峰形势,着重从电网丰水期及冬季枯水期典型负荷日的负荷特性、机组调峰性能、电源组成比例等方面,分析抽水蓄能机组参与电网调峰的必要性。根据抽蓄机组抽水工况并网流程及有功曲线特性,针对其对省网联络线功率调整可能会带来的问题,从开机策略上为调度员用好抽蓄机组给出相应的建议。 Based on load level and peak regulation situation of Hunan power grid,this paper analyzes the necessity of pumped storage units participating in the power grid peak regulation,emphatically from the aspects of load characteristics in dry and rainy seasons,units peak load regulation performance,constitution and ratio of power source,and so on. According to the grid connection process and power characteristic curve of pumped storage units, this paper gives the dispatcher suggestions on making good use of pumped storage units taking aim at its influences to the power fluctuation of tie lines between provinces.
