Election Disturbance of Overseas Chinese and Its Outlook——Taking Wenzhou Overseas Chinese for Example

为了争夺侨领头衔,法国、意大利等国的海外侨团换届选举中出现了内部纷争现象。这不仅影响了内部的团结,也损害了海外华侨华人的整体形象。侨团纷争发生在海外,但根源在国内。在当前国内经济和全球经济联系日益紧密的背景下,如果地方政府稀缺资源配置的利益依附格局没有根本改变,侨领头衔的争夺必将难以避免。侨领头衔的争夺正常化,与海外华侨在侨居国的融入程度成正相关关系,与国内利益关联程度成负相关关系。

Fighting for the leadership, the overseas Chinese in France, Italy and other countries had disputes in their general elections. It not only has a bad influence on their relationship, but also damages the overall image of overseas Chinese. These disputes happen abroad but the cause originates from China. Given that domestic and global economy is closely interlinked, if the interest dependent system of the rare resource allocation of the local government does not have a complete change, the fighting for leadership cannot be avoided. The regularization of the election has positive correlation with the degree of integration of overseas Chinese into immigrated countries, and has a passive correlation with the extent of interests attached to China.
