摘要
基于学生满意度的自我评估模型,通过加强学生满意度测量,提升学生在自我评估中的主体作用,从而促进高职院校人才培养质量的提高。其指标体系包括教师质量评价、专业质量评价、课程质量评价、环境质量评价、管理与服务质量评价五个一级指标。采用层次分析法求出指标体系中各指标权重,并对模型的信度、效度进行检验。检验结果表明,模型具有较好的信度、效度。
The self-evaluation system based on students' satisfaction reinforces their own role in self-evalu- ation by strengthening their satisfaction survey to promote the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges. The index system covers the evaluation of five the one-level indexes: teacher quality, profession quality, course quality, environment qual'ty and management and service. Level analysis was adopted to measure the weight of different indexes. The reliability and validity of the model was tested and proved.
