电磁探测发射机电源大功率变压器的设计

The design of high power transformer in electromagnetic detection transmitter

摘要 地面电磁探测系统(SEP)发射机主要基于高压大功率开关电源原理研制,其主拓扑器件变压器设计的优劣关系到整个发射机工作的状态。本文基于20KHZ发射机高压大功率和半导体功率器件承受能力的特殊要求,设计出一款20KHZ双输入双输出的大功率变压器。利用ANSYS Maxwell有限元分析法对变压器进行三维建模,解析了变压器内部电磁场的分布。同时对变压器实体进行了设计和实验,将其投入到发射机系统中使用,并进行了相关野外勘探实验,仿真和实验结果证明该变压器设计合理,纹波小、损耗低、温升低、效率高,整体运行稳定可靠。 Ground electromagnetic detection system (SEP) transmitter is developed on the basis of the principle of high - power switching power, . As the key part of SEP transmitter transformer' s quality relates to the overall working condition of transmitter. Considering the special requirements of 20 KHZ transmitter high - voltage power and bear ability of power semiconductor devices, designing a 20 KHZ double input two output power transformer and using the finite element analysis of ANSYS Maxwell carried out 3D modeling of transformer, analyzing its internal distribution of the electromagnetic field. At the same time Transformer have been designed to put into transmitter system in using, and applied in the relevant field experiment. The simulation and experiment indicated that this transformer is designed reasonable, it has small ripple, low loss, low temperature, high efficiency, stability and reliability .
