摘要
将刺激响应性高分子和生物酶分子相结合可设计、构建智能酶催化剂,该类智能酶催化剂同时具备了材料对环境的响应性能和酶的催化性能,可很好应用于可控生物催化、药物递送、分析检测、智能设备开发等新兴领域,极大地扩展了酶催化的应用范围,是智能生物材料研究的热点方向。本文按刺激响应类型总结了过去二十年间智能酶催化剂的研究进展,分析了智能酶催化剂的构建方式和性能特点,并举例介绍了其可能的应用领域。
The combination of stimulus-responsive polymers and enzymes results in the construction of smart enzyme catalysts which have both the environment responsiveness and catalytic properties. The smart enzyme catalysts hold great promise for broad applications in the fields of controllable bioeatalysis, drug delivery, biosensing, intelligent devices and other emerging research fields. In this review we will introduce the recent advances of the smart enzyme catalysts, including the design and preparation, the unique features, and the promising applications of such smart enzyme catalysts.
