摘要
透明质酸是天然存在的一种具有高黏弹性、高保湿性的大分子糖胺聚糖,被广泛用作各种生物医用材料,如眼科手术助剂、手术后防粘连剂、皮肤填充剂、药物载体、组织工程支架等。为赋予透明质酸更为优良的机械强度、流变学特性及抗酶解能力,扩大其在生物医学领域的应用范围,越来越多的改性透明质酸衍生物被设计开发。本文对透明质酸的结构、性能、改性、应用进行了综述。
Hyaluronan is a naturally existing high molecular weight glycosaminoglycan with high viscoelasticity and moisture retention, which has been widely used in numerous medical applications, such as ophthalmologic surgery, antiadhesion application, dermal filling, and drug delivery system. More and more hyaluronan derivatives have been designed and developed in order to improving its mechanical strength, theological property, enzyme resistant ability and other properties to extend its biomedical application range. In this review, we summarized the chemical structure, properties, modifications and applications of hyaluronan with the purpose of providing help and guidance for the future research.
