观察和分析国际原油价格与石油化工、化工行业经济指标的关联性。布伦特原油价格在70～90美元／bbl时，化工行业利润水平较好；如果油价太低，宏观经济疲软，造成销售利润下降；油价太高会抑制下游消费市场，也会造成销售利润下降。预测“十三五”仍是低油价时期，讨论了低油价对“十三五”各行业发展的影响。

The observation and analysis of the international Crude Oil Price and Petrochemical Industry Relevance, chemical industry, economic indicators of relevance. When Brent crude oil prices is at $70-$90/bbl, the chemical industry profit level is better; If the price is too low, the macro economy is weak, it may make the sales profit decreased; but when the crude oil prices is too high which could make the restraint of the downstream consumer market, then the sales profits will also decline. It has predicted that the ＂13th five years plan＂ period is still the low price of crude oil period, and the low oil prices could influence the industries development are discussed in this paper.
