叙述碳纤维行业的发展变迁。世界碳纤维消费结构发展为工业、建筑占58%,航空航天占23%,体育运动器材占19%。我国碳纤维生产能力仅占世界高性能碳纤维总产量0.4%,自给率16%,且质量与规模差距很大。鉴于碳纤维军工和高技术背景,美日德韩对核心技术严格封锁。本文对发展碳纤维产业提出了多项政策建议。

This paper described the dramatic evolution of carbon fiber industry. Carbon fiber consumption structure of the world development for industrial, construction accounted for 58%, 23% of aeronautics and astronautics, sports equipment accounted for 19%. Carbon fiber production capacity of 0.4% of the world of high performance carbon fiber production in China, the self sufficiency rate is 16%, and the quality and size of the gap is very large. In view of the carbon fiber military industry and high technology background, America and Japan, Korea＇s strict blockade of the core technology. In this paper, the several policy suggestions of development of carbon fiber industry have been put forward.
