摘要
加强基层政府机关工作效能建设,是提升基层政府机关工作效率,提高基层政府机关工作质量,改善基层政府机关形象的重要一环。本文分析了各地基层政府机关工作效能建设的方式、取得的成效以及带来的启示,探讨了进一步推进基层政府机关工作效能建设面临的制约因素,针对存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。
To strengthen the construction of the working efficiency of basic level government agencies is very important for improving the working efficiency,the working quality and the images of basic level government agencies.This article analyzes the patterns,the effect and the enlightenment of the construction of working efficiency of basic level government agencies,discusses the restricting factors faced by further advancing of the construction of working efficiency of basic level government agencies, and puts forward the relevant improvement measures in the light of existing problems.
