建设社会主义法治文化,是党的十八届四中全会提出的重要任务,这是一个既具有时代性又具有深远意义的历史性课题。法治文化是社会主义法治的灵魂,是依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的内在动力和支撑。因此,只有通过培育法治文化,加强法治文化建设,不断推动全社会树立法治意识、法治思维、法治观念,才能增强全社会厉行法治的积极性和主动性,使法治成为一种内化于心、外化于行的行为规范和准则。

To build socialist legal culture is the important mission which is put forward in the forth plenary session of the eighteenth central committee;this is a historical subject which has both temporal spirit and far-reaching significance. Rule of law culture is the soul of socialist rule of law, and also the intrinsic power and support of nile of law and constructing socialist legal country.Therefore,only through cultivating rule of law culture,strengthening the-construction of rule of law,constantly promoting the whole society to establish the rule of law the rule of law concept, so that it could enhance the initiative of the whole society to strictly der to make rule of law be a code of conduct.
