珲春示范区国际合作发展:现状、问题、对策研究

The International Cooperation and Development of Hun Chun Demonstration Area:On the Current situation,Problems and Countermeasures

在2013年的"一带一路"战略中,吉林省被定位为国家向北开放的重要窗口。作为吉林省对外开放的核心,"中国图们江区域(珲春)国际合作示范区"应在新一轮竞争中主动融入国家"一带一路"战略。本文分析了珲春示范区的国际合作发展现状、战略条件及制约因素,并提出了加快对外通道建设,加大对专业技术人才的培养和引进力度,积极谋划设立自由贸易园区等加快珲春示范区国际合作发展的对策,以促进吉林省与周边国家的经贸合作,实现优势互补和互利共赢。

In the strategy of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ of 2013,Jilin province has been positioned the important window of China to open northward.As the core of Jilin province in opening to the outside world,Hun Chun international coop- eration demonstration area should integrate into the strategy of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ initiatively.This article,based on the analysis of the current developing situation of the intemational cooperation,the strategic condition,the restricting factors of Hun Chun demonstration area,puts forward some to speed up the development of the intemational cooperation of Hun Chun demonstration area：to speed up the construction of the access roads,to increase the strength of training and introducing the professional and technical personnel,etc.,in order to promote the economic and trade cooperation of Jilin province with surrounding countries,and to realize complementary advantages and mutual benefit.
