大学生法治意识现状调查及培养模式的改革与创新研究

The Survey of the Current Situation of Undergraduates' Law Consciousness and the Reform and Innovation Research on Its Cultivation Mode

对大学生法治意识的培养具有不同于一般公民的特殊功能,对大学生法治意识的把握及培养将对中国法治建设产生积极的作用。据调查,大学生整体上对法律充满信心和信任,但对具体法律知识的掌握和关注度不够;对涉及自身的权利和利益比较关注,但缺乏维护权益的能力和手段;能够正确认识法律的作用,但缺乏挺身而出护法的勇气和信心。因此,针对大学生法治意识培养的现状,必须创新高校法制教育理念,充实高校法治意识教育内容,营造培养大学生法治意识的校园法治文化氛围,形成以民主机制为核心的高校决策管理体制。

The cultivation of undergraduates＂ law consciousness is of special functions that are different from ordinary citizens.The grasp and cultivation of undergraduates＂ law consciousness will have a positive influence on China＇s legal construction.According to the survey, undergraduates are fully confident in and trust laws on the whole,hut the grasp and attention of concrete legal knowledge are insufficient.They concentrate on rights and interests related to them,but they lack ability and means to safeguard rights and interests.They are able to know the positive effects of law well ,but they lack courage and confidence of standing out for protecting laws.Therefore,aimed at the current situation of undergraduates＂ law consciousness cultivation,it must innovate legal education ideas of colleges and universities,enrich law consciousness educational contents of colleges and universities,create a campus legal culture atmosphere to cultivate undergraduates＂ law consciousness and form a decision management system of colleges and universities whose core is the democracy mechanism.
