近年来,在我国查处的领导干部腐败案件中,部分案件是由于其亲属违规经商所导致的,这一现象已引起了党和国家以及社会的普遍关注。为此,中央加大了对领导干部亲属违规经商的治理力度。本文从领导干部亲属违规经商所造成的危害入手,剖析了领导干部亲属违规经商的原因,并从完善制度,树立正确的价值观,坚持以人为本,注重领导干部自身修养和家庭约束等方面提出了治理对策,以期对我国治理腐败工作有所裨益。

In recent years,according to our country＇s identified corruption cases of the leading cadres,some are caused by their relatives violating engagement in business ,which gains widespread attention from the Party ,the country and the society.Therefore,the Party central committee reinforces management of the leading cadres＂ relatives violating engagement in business.The paper starts with damage caused by the leading cadres＂ relatives violating engagement in business and deeply analyzes the reasons why damage happens.Besides,the paper puts forward management strategies from improving the system, putting the value in their place ,persisting in people oriented, laying emphasis on the leading cadres＂ selfcultivation and family constraint these four aspects to be the benefit of our country managing corruption work.
