本文分析了目前我国弃婴岛存在的困境及引发困境的原因,认为破解弃婴岛的困境有三条可能路径:完全不容忍弃婴路径、弃婴岛路径、附条件容忍弃婴路径。但在当下中国,最恰当的解决路径莫过于附条件容忍。

This article analyzes the existing predicament and its reasons of Chinese abandoned island,and thinks there might be three possible path to solve the problems of abandoned island：totally not tolerated abandoned infant path,abandoned island path,conditional tolerated abandoned infant path.However,in current China,the most appropriate path is the conditional tolerated one.
