摘要 密封蛋白(Claudin)是细胞间紧密连接的骨架蛋白,参与维持紧密连接的各种功能,其异常表达可破坏上皮细胞及内皮细胞的结构,导致其功能严重受损。近年来,关于Claudin基因不同生理作用的研究越来越受到人们的关注,基因剔除技术将在整体动物水平研究基因功能成为可能。该文就Claudin家族基因剔除后的小鼠表型进行综述,旨在了解Claudin基因的生理功能。 Claudin is one of the important protein molecules of tight junction,involved in maintaining the functions of tight junction,and its abnormal expression can destroy the structure of epithelial cells and endothelial cells,leading to a serious damage to the function. In recent years,more and more people are paying attention to the physiological functions of the Claudin family. With the help of gene knocking out technology,it is possible to study the gene function on the whole animal level. Here is to make a review of the mice' s phenotype after knocking out different Claudins,to achieve a better understanding of the Claudins.
